Goaltrac
Goaltrac helps nonprofits and governments achieve greater impact by bridging the gap between strategic plan development and implementation.
Goaltrac offers strategic planning for nonprofit boards and governmental agencies. Typically initiated in a retreat format, Levy brings organizations to consensus on vision, mission, strategic priorities and projects quickly and seamlessly using techniques honed over nearly two decades of experience. Results are then summarized into an easily updated format.
Since 2007 Goaltrac has supported a wide range of national, regional, and Detroit nonprofits and governmental agencies. Past engagements include the Building the Engine for Community Development in Detroit Initiative, the Detroit LISC Building Sustainable Communities Initiative in Southwest Detroit, and strategic plans for a national religious and historic preservation nonprofits and the Planning Department at the University of Michigan.
In 20225, Goaltrac created a 10 Year Economic Recovery Plan for the City of Hamtramck, which integrated Master Plan goals with updated economic development priorities. Goaltrac also created companion 3 Year Action Plans for the Downtown, Commercial Corridors, and Industry, which outlined the steps necessary on all the most important and immediate priorities to turn the plan priorities into accomplishments. Goaltrac is currently engaged in a similar strategic planning/master plan update process for the Village of Dundee, Michigan.
