Strategic Planning

The pressures on government to meet the wide range of expectations and mediate between competing and sometimes conflicting interests makes the development of a strategic plan critical to being able to move a municipality forward.  Goaltrac uses a SWOT analysis generated from confidential interviews, public surveys, and background research to bring consensus first on the key issues that need to be addressed and then on the key solutions to resolve those issues.
