Goaltrac perform annual Strategic Workplanning exercises with this statewide nonprofit early for nearly a decade resulting in a national award  “for laying the foundation for continued preservation success through a significantly increased capacity and sharpened focus in recent years.”

Goaltrac created a 5 Year Strategic Plan for this national nonprofit.   Rabbi Miriam Jerris, the organization's national clergy, said, "We've implemented nearly every single priority Goaltrac suggested and have made huge progress."

Goaltrac, working with a parks organization consultant, analyzed the capacity and organizationally vision to bring full-time staff to these volunteer-driven nonprofits.  Both felt the consultants went above-and-beyond to help them and resulted in one organization moving forward to hire an executive director and the other understanding what needed to happen before the organization would be ready.  The Board President said, "You all went above and beyond the scope to make sure we got to a good decision."
